Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled during normal
business hours by calling one of our six offices most convenient for
you. We suggest that you call as far in advance as possible for an appointment
most agreeable to your schedule.
It is also recommended that you arrive promptly for your appointment. Your timeliness will help us stay on schedule and see you and other patients on time.
On your first visit, we ask that you arrive thirty minutes before your appointment is scheduled. Thereby the staff can collect important medical and insurance information.
If it becomes necessary for you to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so at the earliest possible time so that another patient may use that time instead. After your cancellation, we will attempt to re-schedule you at the earliest mutual convenient time.
