Referring Patients

Referring physicians may call 315-474-4475 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to refer a patient. If your patient's condition dictates immediate attention, please call Radiotherapy Associates of Upstate New York at 474-4475 or use our 24-hour toll free in New York State number 1-800-538-0644. When calling please identify the patient's condition and ask to speak with a physician. If your patient's condition dictates immediate attention, our Oncologists are available for consultation and to provide treatments 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Patients with urgent medical or surgical problems are given priority in The Radiotherapy Associates appointment system. Appointments for non-urgent medical conditions may need to be scheduled several days to several weeks in advance.
